This is the first chance I've gotten to blog myself but Richard and Leah have kept you updated as well. I can't even begin to tell you what an incredible team we've been blessed with! I can't even begin to tell you what an amazing God we serve! I can't even begin to tell you the ways God has already been at work!
In the past couple of days, we've done some "low ropes" style team builders (if you're familiar with what those are) – basically outdoor challenges/tasks that you have to accomplish as a team. They highlight personal and team strengths and weaknesses and bring the team together as well. We have so many leader-personalities! What a gift! – and a struggle – but everyone is gelling together well and God is at work.
God's been working on hearts as well as personalities – bringing people together, inspiring vulnerability, and bringing healing and freedom to our deep places as well. Please keep praying for us! We leave Monday and I cannot wait – I just cannot WAIT – to see what God will do. 🙂
